    This is an original vintage Boy Scouts backpack.
    I've
    never noticed
    the
    flap stamp
    like that before with the New York City
    and National Council
    markings.
    I
    don't
    know if
    that's
    normal or not.
    The pack is in solid
    shape
    but it has
    some
    griminess,
    and
    the
    strap
    sewing was repaired.

    to get an idea of the condition.
    I don't know the era of the pack, but there was one that was similarly marked on eBay and the seller said it belonged to their father and was from the 30s or 40s. This was with the 40s/50s duffle bag that I have listed.
