Offered from a local Non-Profit Organization is a great Art Deco style Gilt
COMPACT PURSE WITH MESH STRAP by ASME (AGME?)
MADE in  SWITZERLAND
Inside one side is clean beveled mirror, with comb slot (no comb)
full hinge opposite the good tight clasp
The incised logo: ASME Made in Switzerland
Other side has long hinge compartment for powder, short hinge compartment for rough (this hinge is broken, will latch
but not swing, so will close but when opened door comes off)
Small lipstick tube, empty now
The exterior which is 4 1/4" by 3 1/2" is clean on ribbed back
The Smooth front with ribs on either end has small nicks all over the smooth section, see photos
Inside there is rubbing wear over the bottom half where a comb that did not fit was forced in and scratched the doors
