Vintage Rex fifth avenue blue Enamel Compact with puff and original box

Vintage Metal Compact
Up for sale is a pretty vintage compact dating from the 1940s or the early 1950s.  It is made of a gold color brass and has a blue enamel on the lid that helps to show off the gold acanthus leaves.  A press button on the side opens the lid which has an interior mirror.  There is pink puff inside as well as a tight fitting screen.  These items are so clean they may have never been used.  It comes in the original cardboard box.  The box shows significant wear to the edges.  There is also some writing on the exterior and one end flap is missing.

If you pay for your item before 8 pm central standard time, I am often able to mail your item out the following business day.  Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays.  Parcel Post and Media Mail will save you money but can take up to 14 days to arrive.  Consider Priority mail if you need your item quickly.
I accept returns, if I have misrepresented an item.  Other issues with an item, I will consider on a case by case basis.  Please e-mail me with any questions before bidding because shipping costs, in cases of buyers remorse, are non-refundable.
