Vintage Pharmacy Order Form Rexall 1950s Medicine Toiletries Etc
This was a drugstore order form from Rexall for purchase of "in house" supplies including Rexall brands and a few others. It shows the wholesale cost per case (though not how many in a case) and the suggested retail price of each item
for Medicine, there are 13 pages ( times 2)
for Toiletries, there are 8 pages (times 2)
for Sundries, there are 7 pages (times 2)
There are 2 of each numbered page. Presumably so that one would be the original and the other the carbon copy. But they did not use it that way. Unfortunately, they did not fill in a date. My guess is the early 1950s. Maybe the date could be figured out by the suggested retail prices for items?
The last sundries page is in poor condition.
