made in Japan, by World Wide Art.  HHMB-16.  It plays a recognizable version of
"Younger Than Springtime."
"Hearts that love are always young."
is what is written around the base of the figure. It features Robby Hobbie and Friend.  ( Some people would call her Holly, but considering that they are Brother & Sister, I hope it is someone else.)
This is an adorable couple. Not sure if it is porcelain or ceramic. It is about 7 inches tall. In very good condition- no damage or repairs.  Please examine photos, as they are an important part of the description.
