Vintage Hard Plastic Black Saddle w/ Gold Accents For Breyer? Horse Pony

I think this is a vintage Breyer horse saddle but I’m not positive because the horse it came off from didn’t have a stamp (all the vintage horses that this saddle fit on were sold last week). This saddle looks to be in excellent condition but please see all the photos so you can judge for yourself. It is a stiff hard plastic.
