This vintage (see condition report) sterling silver compact by Elgin American features an awesome etched outer design and is complete with all hinges functioning properly and the powder puff below. It's a beautiful piece of an American history. The tag above the powder puff reads "powder puff no. 1362," and the entire compact weighs 135.9 grams. It measures 3 & 3/8" tall (8.57 cm) and 3.25" wide (8.26).
