Vintage empty prescription box measures 2-9/16" x 1-9/16" x 5/8" with a slide-out box inside. Slightly off-white with blue lettering, it is from BURKE'S REXALL PHARMACY in Plainfield, Illinois. Harry L. Burke, R.Ph., with an old-style four digit phone number. Has discolorations, wear on edges, crunch mark at one corner. One corner of inner slide-out box is broken out. Still overall legible, nice old Plainfield item.
