Vintage / Antique 1940's Boy Scout Flashlight Lantern - Works!!
Description:
This Vintage / Antique 1940's Boy Scout Lantern / Light is in Good Condition Over all given it's age. The Light Actually Works (Takes 2 D Batteries, not included). There are many scuffs / scratch's / area's of missing paint etc.... but no Ding's or Dent's. The Handle moves freely and works as expected. The Rear Clip is still Shiny Bright and the Manufacturer's name "Bond Electric Corporation" can easily be read. The Interior shows some Corrosion as shown but as stated the light works fine. The Switch itself is a little temperamental.... the last pictures shows the Copper Hook that bends over and makes contact when the switch is moved to the on position. This hook Could be bent a fraction of an inch to improve the connection. Really a Neat piece of the Boy Scout History.
