    Description

Old 1930s General Electric Monitor Top refrigerator being sold is the tan one in the first and last picture.  The other white one is also being sold in a separate listing.  This old Refrigerator from the 1930s runs well, it keeps food very cold, but it needs refinishing and cleaning.  The door handle works well and the foot pedal opener works.  The piece needs a new cord and the rubber gasket around the door needs replacement.  It is 63" tall, 29" wide and about 26" deep including the door handle.  The interior light does not work, it needs to be repaired.  There is some rust on the door edges.  The warmest setting for the refrigerator is 34 degrees.  This is an old one, has always run but it needs some refurbishing and refinishing of the surface.   The refrigerator includes 2 shelf racks and 2 glass storage bins with covers.  The interior is white enameled.   This would need to be picked up in Elgin, Illinois or freight shipping would need to be arranged by the buyer, it is very heavy, I don't know the exact weight.
