Condition: These boots were purchased in 1975 for a big Boys Scout trip. They were worn for several years occasionally then retired to a closet. The right boot does have a 1/4" cut that does not go through the inside. The Boots are very heavy at 2 lbs 11oz EACH. They need reconditioned to get them back to their waterproof state. Have kept them around for the memories, now it is time for them to find a new home. They have lots of miles left in them. Size 11 is what is stamped in them. I now wear an 11.5 in my Salomon boots and these are not too terribly tight, so I think the 11 is right on.
