We guarantee this item as fully functional, however we do not have the equipment to test it fully; This item was acquired from a well known Silicon Valley tech company as removed from service fully functional and without any known defects. Please note that the cables were cut short at the time of decommissioning, so they will likely require opening the casing in order to splice longer cables.

The ETP-400C Single Button Assistance Phone is an outdoor, ADA-compliant hands-free device designed to work on virtually any emergency call system.  Talk-A-Phone’s ETP-400C Single Button Assistance Phone is phone line powered and can be used on a POTS line, PBX extension, or with an EC-8 Emergency Phone Consolidator.  Emergency Phones are often used at parking facilities, college campuses, controlled access gates, medical centers and industrial parks.

We can ship via most carriers and service types. The shipping calculator seems to be undercharging buyers due to rate surcharges carriers are adding for the current emergency. We have been and will continue to absorb these differences on the vast majority of shipments and may choose to ship via different carrier of equivalent class. RETURNS
We will accept returns within 30 days of your taking delivery of this item for any reason whatsoever.
