This listing is for a set of two dinner plates in the
"Home For Christmas"
design, pattern #4829. The stoneware plates, which measure 10-5/8" in diameter, were first introduced by Sango in 1992. Three years later, the pattern was retired. These plates feature a Christmas tree center with pink ribbon and bows.
THE MAIN COURSE
You'll find these dinner plates to be,
at worst
, in near-mint condition with only
extremely
minimal, virtually nonexistent, and infinitesimal surface wear.
(If I see even a single utensil mark or the most insignificant scratch, I don't list an item as mint.)
Any
utensil mark or scratch that may exist is "clean" and not the dingy gray scuff marks that are commonly found on stoneware - the center is pure white. The
décor is pristine and unblemished, the colors are vivid with no fading or discoloration, and the glaze shines like new. Additionally, all of the plates are completely free of, cracks, chips, nicks, crazing, stains, repairs, permanent hard water deposits, and detergent residue. These holiday plates are
in
far better
condition than what is typically considered to be "excellent" or "gently used".
