Both the KP-4016 and KP-4016PB keypanels deliver superior high-quality digital audio using the Bosch-branded OMNEO technology with Dante? by Audinate audio over IP via either copper or fiber. The KP-4016 delivers top-notch audio, free of noise, delay, and other artifacts present in older technology. This family of keypanels includes a rich set of connectors as standard, including GPIO and RC. As with other RTS products, emphasis has been placed on backward compatibility with previous generations of matrices including analog technology. The keypanel models utilize the latest generation of wide angle TFT displays providing superior clarity, resolution, and longer display life, delivering high-quality readability under a variety of lighting conditions.

In the event that a buyer chooses to return an item within 14 days, the buyer will be responsible for paying shipping fees back to our facility where the returned package will be inspected by our staff; this includes international buyers. If the item is deemed resalable as the condition in which it was sold, a refund will be given minus the original cost of shipping to the customer. In the case that the item cannot be resold in its original condition, a restocking fee and the original cost of shipping to the customer will be subtracted from the refund amount. This restocking fee starts at 20%, and may be higher depending on the condition of the item upon return (i.e. broken seals, ripped packaging, damaged product, missing accessories, etc.). In an event the unit needs to be serviced under the manufacturer warranty, the buyer is responsible for contacting the manufacturer and paying for any shipping fees associated with service or repair. International buyers are responsible for researching manufacturer warranties in their country. Studio AMG is a United States seller, providing United States products with full U.S. warranties. In the event that a product is damaged upon arrival or the buyer wishes to return the product for any reason, they will be responsible for any shipping charges back to Studio AMG.
