    I received this after working for LONGS DRUGS Store for many years
    I think this was for my 20th year
    They started by giving pins with 3 green stones at 5 and then started
    adding diamonds at 10 then bigger and small etc for each 5 years
    This is  3 small so I think it was 20 years
    Not sure how good the quality the diamonds are.
    It has some wear and needs some cleaning
