Condition: SECOND TOUGHEST A/C Block - As of March 22, 2021 and according to PMG (( Paper Money Guaranty )) a total of 6769 Hawaii notes have been graded with FR-2300 and, merely 113 notes were graded under AC block reported in the PMG Condition Census. Due to the lack of access to PCGS’s original website post-merger with Legacy Grading, it is difficult to verify the level of rarity in the grading scale of this note as compared to that of its kind in similar PCGS notes. However, we strongly believe that PMG and PCGS’s methods of grading were equal at time of grading and thus chose to abide by PMG’s scale to give an approximation of the scarcity of the note. Currency Collectors have developed a strong appreciation for tough to acquire notes like this one due to their rarity, increase in value and desire to obtain the finest available.
