  • Condition: Some oxidization on one side and corner of silver tone case. Minimal wear to striped blue painted enamel, some discolouration to enamel overcoat. Original puffs, one signed, both used. Residue in rouge pan. Lipstick is on hinge, seems to be stuck in compartment. Metal sifter for powder pan. Exterior door on base signed, and accesses powder compartment, I have not opened.     Unusual vintage 1930s Dorothy Gray Fifth Avenue Rouge Powder Lipstick Compact
    2 x 1 3/4 inches
    5/8 inch thick
    Blue striped enamel decor showing minimal wear, some discolouration to over coating on enamel
    Polished metal mirror
    Metal sifter, access from exterior, door signed, I have not tried to open
    Rouge pan has residue
    Lipstick tube on hinge and seems to be stuck in compartment
    2 original puffs, one signed Dorothy Gray Fifth Avenue, both used
    Patent no 1863.856 on hinge end
    Oxidization to silver case on one side and corner
