    DELTA POWERLITE LANTERN / OFFICIAL BOY SCOUTS OF AMERICA EQUIPMENT  RARE!
    Up for sale is a vintage Boy's Scout Lantern in very nice condition. It has an orange label that says:  "Official equipment.  Boy Scouts of America".  I don't know the exact age, but it is in excellent condition.  It was made by DELTA ELECTRIC CO. in Marion, Indiana.  It has a Pat. No. 2053591. Condition is excellent for a vintage item.  It has very light wear.  No rust or broken parts.  The handle moves back and forth easily.  I believe the bulb is burned out, I didn't try to change it.  There is a stain on the top on the plastic.  I don't know if it will come off.  I didn't want to scrape it.  It is being sold as is.  Please review all pictures for a better description.
