Costa Rica Postal History Cover.   A cover with return address Carretera Inter-Americana, U.S. Federal Works Agency, Public Roads Administration, Apartado Q, San Jose, Costa Rica, C.A.     Sent to Richmond, Virginia.   Uses 5 Costa Rica postage stamps of which 3 are different issues.  Postmarked 1943.   CONDITION ISSUES:  only fair condition.  Rough opened at the left side with evidence of inspected sticker applied, and also rough opened at the right side, tear to top edge with parts missing and to the flap, many creases, folded couple times.  Click onto and enlarge the photos to view if further detail.  NOT good condition, but perhaps of interest to the specialist collector.
