These models were discontinued over ten years ago
Cheval Classics are all handmade.
This  is  an extremely time consuming process, but one which makes your Cheval Collection unique.
Each figure was then hand painted by very competent artists and  glazed.
Each Classic is hand painted and a limited number were made of each one.
The Cheval Collection was created in South Africa by John de Beer and he sent his work all over the world. As it was a cottage industry
in Africa and every piece sent out was completely handcrafted it was never as well known as mass produced Collections.
This Thoroughbred stands 8 Inches Tall and is 9 Inches Long
