Older eating utensil made for the Boy Scouts of America organization. One piece stainless steel. Originally part of a set which included knife, fork and spoon along with vinyl pouch, sold as "Little Vitt'l" or (older) "Litt'l Vitt'l." The knife is stamped with BSA seal and also "Imperial / Stainless" with "USA" vertically beside.
