BOY SCOUTS OF AMERICA, 1990 [75th ANNIVERSARY] NATIONAL ORDER OF THE ARROW CONFERENCE [NOAC] LEATHER BELT BUCKLE

This is an official 1990 NOAC Belt Buckle issued for the National OA Conference, Indiana University.  It is made with a steel base with leather coverings on both sides.  It fits a 1 1/2" belt.  Overall the OA Belt Buckle measures about 3 3/4" wide by 2 3/4" high.  The BUCKLE is in mint condition.
THIS OFFICIAL 1990 NOAC BELT BUCKLE IS NEW AND IN MINT CONDITION.
