  • Condition: Refurbished, with new 6 ft 3-wire power cord and 6-ft 16-2 SJOOW audio cable.Bench tested for receive audio, distortion, and transmit level.Volume control and 'TALK' switch replaced where necessary, new weather seals on one or both when needed.All electrolytic capacitors; one in the power supply and three in the audio path, are replaced with new as this is the only way to restore full volume on receive and transmit.I have been repairing-refurbishing these units since 1980...you can buy with confidence that they are as close to 'factory-new' as it is possible to make them.There may be some cosmetic problems; as these units can be as old as early-to-mid 70's, but electronically they are up to par.
