2 VINTAGE COMPACTS-EVANS & VOLUPTE - IN A VINTAGE LANE MINI CEDAR CHEST w/KEY!

Description

*The cedar chest is dinged up a little bit here and there with some small scratches and a couple places that look like dried glue, but it is structurally sound and has the key!
*The large compact measures and has alternating light gold tone and light copper tone squiggles on the top & block stripes on the sides and bottom. It is an Evans and it opens in two places; one has a mirror, a compartment for face powder, the powder puff pad and a place to put the lipstick that most likely came with it, but is now long gone. There is also a piece on the hinge that I am not familiar with…?  Then flip the whole thing over and turn it around and when you open it, it’s got a little flap that can go up and snap down with the Evans wing signature on it. Not sure what that part is for either! It has a nice plaid pattern inside where you can put your money, gloves, keys or whatever you need to bring with you.
*The other compact is Volupte with a good mirror and a snap open compartment with a little bit of face powder and the puff pad. Both compacts are in excellent condition.
