A cover mailfr om San Jose, Costa Rica and addressed to Hartford, Connecticut. Franked with a pair of Costa Rica Scott #B1, the 5¢+5¢ Mauro Fernandez semi-postal stamp from 1922. The stamps are tied to the cover by a hard to read postmark that appears to be dated May 5, 1932. This cover measures 164mm x 92mm. See scans for condition - cover appears to have been wet in the past.
