Up for sale is this large HC book that looks like it was home-made, it measures 12 inches tall and 9 1/4 inches wide, a leather label on the spine simply states Annual Reports 1926. There is a hand-typed index page that says the book contains:
Northern Pacific Railway
Map
Pennsylvania Railroad
Long Island Railroad
Southern Pacific Lines
Map (missing)
Standard Oil of California
Tide Water Associated Oil Company
In Pocket in back of book:
Canadian Pacific Railroad (missing)
Map, Pennsylvania Railroad (missing)
Map, Southern Pacific Lines (missing)
The only item in the pocket was a 1926 annual report on the Pacific Oil Company.
The Northern Pacific Railway section has details on 1926, some pasted in images, a fold open map.
The Pennsylvania Railroad Company section has details on 1926, pasted in images, info on the regional system, and a few small area maps.
The Long Island Railroad Company section has info on 1926, and a pasted in ad about the Bay Ridge Electrification project.
The Southern Pacific Lines section has info on 1926, pasted in images, USA map.
The there is an issue of the Stand Oil Bulletin from March 1927, great cover graphic. Tide Water Oil Company report and a report from the Pacific Oil Company.
