    Description

    WOW !!  This is 124 Years Old !!  It is a 14 page booklet---Special Message of the Governor, Hazen S. Pingree to the 39th Legislature, containing a brief reported by the Commissioner of Railroads upon the Validity of Law for the Taxation of Railroads in Michigan.  Printed by the Robert Smith Printing Co., from Lansing Mich. in 1897.  It was in a scrapbook and has some glue residue on the back.  Being over 100 years old, it does have some page discoloration and some paper creases and slight tears.  It has "Interstate Commerce" written on the top.  Very Rare to find such an Early Railroad Item.  SEE my other auctions for other Early items.
