    A vintage 1889 New York Central and Hudson River Railroad Annual Report to the Interstate Commerce Commission reporting various financial figures. Please see photo of the table of contents for detailed list. There are no signatures on the certification page, indicating that this was most likely an additional copy that was prepared for railroad use and was not actually submitted.
    Please review condition description and carefully examine all photos. There is considerable wear to the outer covers/binding, the text block (internal pages) remain firmly bound. While not MINT condition, suitable as a reading/reference copy.
